NAMM: Bringing Music’s Biggest Stage to Life, Turning Vision Into an Unforgettable Industry Presence

NAMM is the biggest moment of the year for the music products industry, and as Marketing Manager for Korg USA, I lead the full multi-brand strategy, planning, and execution across seven global brands, overseeing product launches, creator programming, booth production, press coordination, and on-site operations.

From 6-8 months of planning, to 4 days of setup, 3 show days, and 1 highly efficient breakdown day, I serve as the central hub from concept to execution. I am responsible for managing 50+ stakeholders and employees, partnering with 40+ artists, creators, and media outlets, building daily schedules, directing booth layouts and experience flow, coordinating demos and walkthroughs, and generating more than 100 pieces of content for post-show social and digital use across various media channels. As one of the biggest booths on the show floor, the result is always one of the most seamless and high-impact NAMM activations. Year over year, I generate record booth engagement, stronger retailer interest, expanded creator relationships, and a unified brand presence that turned a fast-moving trade show into a cohesive, culturally resonant experience. Making Korg USA’s booth “the place to be” reflects what I do best: creating clarity from chaos, stakeholders into collaborators, and events into brand-defining moments.
